STX Hybrid Freeride with paddle 2024

STX Hybrid Freeride 11'6 is an interesting proposition that allows you to use the board for stand-up paddling (SUP) or for sailing with a sail (windSUP). Dimensions: 354x81x15 cm. Recommended user weight: 110 kg

SUP version: a classic all-round board - ideal for recreational paddling on calm lakes and bodies of water with small waves. The wide deck gives a feeling of stability and the kick pad at the stern makes it easy to manoeuvre, so this board is perfect for beginners.

WindSUP version: ideal for windsurfing enthusiasts or for those who just want to start learning the sport. Simply attach the rig to the board, which for this purpose has an insert in the middle of the deck. To make catching the basics of windsurfing easier and stay on course while sailing, fit the additional central fin (included in the kit).

To provide excellent grip, the deck is covered with a layer of non-slip EVA foam with two embossing: Core Grip and Honey Grip. Elastic bungee cord for securing luggage is also a great convenience, which will come in handy when paddling the SUP. Neoprene handles will make the board easy to carry. Volume:  280 litres

 

• Double Layer FXL construction - Board is ultra-light, more durable and less deflective. You can inflate it up to 20 psi (optimum 15 psi)
• Insert for rig mounting - Insert in the middle of the deck for quick installation of a rig (sail+base plate). Rig to buy separately

• Kickpad - Special elevation at the stern helps to make smooth turns on the water
• 2 fins - For windsurfing, the Hybrid has an additional (central) fin. Slide-in mounting and dismounting will literally take you seconds!
• Railsaver - Special edge for smooth water release, so your board stays longer in the glide
• Bungee strap - Luggage always at hand! Bungee cord at the bow for storing essential accessories or attaching a paddle
• Carry handles - Sturdy neoprene handles allow you to transport the board comfortably
